Shanxi General Materials Technology Co., Ltd. carries forward the smelting expertise of Lingqiu County Silver Dragon Precious Metals Company in non-ferrous metals, leveraging its high-temperature processing and quality control experience to successfully transition into refractory new materials manufacturing in 2024. With a registered capital of 2000 million yuan, the company employs a professional team of 58, including 15 core technical experts, achieving strategic upgrades in investment casting, ceramics, metallurgy, and chemical industries.
Rooted in Huairen, the "Northern Porcelain Capital," and leveraging premium kaolin resources from Northern Shanxi and surrounding regions, our company operates a 2 sqm smart manufacturing facility with an annual capacity of 10 tons of Yanyan® mullite sand/powder. Our product particle sizes range from 10 mesh to 325 mesh. Casting aggregate specifications include: 0-1mm, 1-3mm, 3-5mm, 5-8mm, along with specialized coating materials. We support custom particle size gradation and homogenized blending processes, precisely tailored for precision casting and high-temperature kiln applications in defense, nuclear power, valve manufacturing, automotive parts, and other demanding industrial scenarios.
Quality is the foundation of our company. We have obtained four authoritative certifications: ISO001 for quality management, ISO4001 for environmental management, ISO5001 for occupational health and safety, and energy management. In addition, we have deepened collaboration between industry, academia, and research by establishing strategic partnerships with Huazhong University of Science and Technology and the China Foundry Association. We are also jointly conducting a specialized project on "thermal shock resistance of nuclear-grade ceramic shell molds" with the Luoyang Institute of Refractories Research under China Steel Group to ensure technological leadership.
The "Yanyan"® product line has been exported to Japan, the United States, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, and other countries, while providing in-depth services to major domestic manufacturing enterprises.
